Production Ready

The extremely lightweight, less than 5lbs., MD-µQC is designed to be used as an attachment to a CMM or robotic arm. This creates the ability to have truly "hands free" parts inspection; improving productivity and reducing costs.

Results

The key to the accuracy and repeatability of the MD-µQC is the use of broad spectrum, short coherence length interferometric technology. This technique eliminates ambiguity and allows for the measurement of surface with deep or sharp features, or narrow grooves, or vertical walls. All, no problem!
