MD-3DQC

MD-µQC
The MD-µQC provides the ultimate in measurement flexibility. Its weight of only 2.2 kilograms makes it perfect for use with robotic arms and CMM heads allowing for true “hands free” operation allowing for fully automated part evaluation. Truly adaptable, it is the ideal surface roughness measurement as on to x/y, x/y/z and x/y/z/alpha/beta base systems.
µQC BoreScope
The µQC BoreScope is unique. Used as an objective for the µQC it is able to take non-contact surface roughness measurements of the interior surfaces of a bore as small as 6mm wide and up to a depth of 50 mm deep. It is no longer necessary to use a profilometer style stylus which damages the surface, and still gives inconsistent results in only one direction.
